Built out of four separate companies
Chepst did not start as a builder that later picked up trades. It was assembled from companies that already did them — which is why the work most contractors hand to somebody else is on our own list.

The structure itself — foundations, walls, roof. It is the arm the rest of the work hangs off, and the reason a whole build can be quoted as one job.

Wiring, boards and circuits, from a first fix on a new build to the extra circuit a house needs when it gains a pump or a geyser.
A carpentry company
Roof timbers, ceilings, doors and fitted units — the joinery that decides whether a finished room reads as built or assembled.
One company answerable for the whole thing
Most builds go wrong in the gaps between trades — the plumber waiting on the builder, the electrician who came before the ceilings went in. Fewer companies on site means fewer of those gaps, and nobody to blame them on.
